Ingredients

  • 1 (10-oz.) can chunk chicken in water, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 greens onions, sliced
  • 1 small apple, shredded
  • 8 slices raisin bread

Instructions

  • Step

    In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except bread; mix well.
  • Step

    Spread mixture on 4 slices of bread. Top with remaining bread slices.
