- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni (about 8 oz)
- 1 1/4 cups whipping cream
- 1 jar (4 oz) diced pimientos, drained
- 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions

Step1Cook and drain macaroni as directed on package; cover to keep warm in colander.

Step2Add whipping cream and pimientos to saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat 2 minutes. Stir in cheeses, salt and cooked macaroni. Cook and stir 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
