Marinated Cucumbers in Sour Cream

Ingredients

  • 3 medium cucumbers, peeled, sliced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar or rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

Instructions

  • Step

    In medium bowl, combine cucumbers, onion, vinegar, water, salt and pepper; mix well. Cover; refrigerate 30 minutes to 2 hours.

    To serve, drain cucumber mixture. Add sour cream and dill; mix well.
